The location was wonderful, very close to Venice, the centre, and a fantastic restaurant. Castello district was definitely worth visiting. Hotel's continental breakfast had something for everyone;)))

Booked a room on level 2. The food was good with a good choice of alternatives. The hotel had a central location too close to the touristy areas for many reasons. The vibe here was quiet.
The service was very good, however some people working there were a little grumpy.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from a grand showpiece square was good. The airport was 15 km away. The view was amazing and the staff were pretty friendly and extremely polite. Overall rooms were extremely pleasant and good sized and had an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control.

The location of the hotel was great and fab - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a cathedral church. Our stay was an amazing experience. Really friendly staff, they had a shuttle to the glass factory shops. The team provided an excellent service and the room was good-sized with great views, comfortable bed and the bathroom. Gorgeous and clean place, everything was excellent. Our classic queen room was equipped with 2 antique balcony, gothic windows plus beautiful ceramics on the walls in the bathroom. It had very central location close to Ponte dei Greci. There was a good restaurant, chemist's and a supermarket next door.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly helpful.
